At BBQRubs.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flavors; if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the food-based nature of our items, we cannot accept returns on opened seasonings, sauces, or wood chunks for safety reasons.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our pitmaster support team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items to initiate your request.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the unopened items in their original shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
